Menu for the Week of June 3, 2013
Monday: leftover rice and beans
Tuesday: grilled eggplant with prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, and roasted red pepper sauce
Wednesday: baked beans with chicken sausage and chard
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: grilled bison steak, grilled veggies, potato salad
Tuesday sounds yummy.
